After we have received the payment in full please remember when receiving a delivery to ensure you measure before you schedule and confirm your delivery. Deluxe Delivery includes delivery and set up within the rooms you request, cleanup & trash removal and one inhouse manufacturer warranty service for a year. Doorstep Delivery includes delivery of the products to your doorstep. Doorstep delivery does not include set up, trash removal or one inhouse warranty service for a year. You will be responsible to bring back your product to be serviced or pay for our warranty teams to come out. With a Flat Rate charge of $79.99. If the delivery team advises against delivery due to possible damages to your home or products, you will be subject to sign a Delivery Damage Waiver if you still request the team to try to finalize the delivery of the product, this will result in Hoover Furniture Outlet not being responsible for any delivery damages done after you sign the waiver.
